Just a short update for now; Next week a full report plus photos..

Yesterday we had the first concert in the Bleu Note in Dublin with the Dublin jazz collective. It's funny that the Dublin jazz scene has something specific in their approach. A lot of free impro, very complex arrangements, but great fun! We had been rehearsing all Wednesday evening and I was happy the result was better than I could have hoped for.

Today I am rehearsing with the Greg Felton trio for the gig tomorrow night. This I am really looking forward to! Greg is a great player. Two years ago we had some great concerts together and I feel something is going to happen now again!
